I have re-posted this. I have paid attention to this site quite long ago and it was extremely strange for me. And now i think, it's quite right, because there is nothing to "update". :) great idea!

This is funny for a bunch of reasons, but the one that jumps to mind is that they show sloppy Arabic skills. When first learning, I typically made the mistake of translating this phrase literally from English. I believe the more native way of saying it is:

هذا الموقع قيد التطيور

اليس كذلك؟

Hopefully someone with better "skillz" than me can elaborate, but I wanted to point something else out that was funny, beyond the ironic disarray of the government in the senses you meant.

Woops, I obvious meant التطوير, not التطيور. Pretty ironic considering my Arabic grammar Nazism (well stylistics, really, but someone must get the idea here).
