Actually, I think the impersonator is Eli Yatzpan, a popular Israeli comic whose parents emigrated from Iraq. I wanted to know how good his Arabic was. I don't know the language but it struck me that his accent was pretty good. (My father spoke Arabic.) You seem to have answered the question.
