Nice! The total lack of vowels makes for some interesting rhythms to the lyrics.

But what are they saying? When they're not speaking French, I'm lost.

The title of the song is more of less "If you saw me you'd know me" — it's an otherwise pretty standard "it's tough on the streets" rap song: unemployment, prostitution, drugs, child abuse, etc.
