O Muammar

I think I just saw Muammar Qadhafi of Libya at the group photo at the end of the G8 summit wearing the most elegant rich, velvety, burgundy curtain — embroidered in gold of course — that I have ever seen. I wonder who is his haberdasher, or did he steal it off the windows of an Italian palazzo?
