Makhzen machinations: King's right-hand man Fouad Ali al-Himma makes his PAM party the backbone of the ruling coalition, withdraws support to oust the abominably bad PM Abbas al-Fassi. Not a bad thing in itself, but a sign that politics in Morocco are more than ever about palace politics than genuine democracy.
