As far as I know this documentary has been in production for some time. First time I saw something like this (I am not sure if it's the same docu tbh) was in 2004.

You can also check out http://www.ramallahunderground.com/ for some more palestinian hip-hop. You can download music and vids, I've got some of it on my laptop if you can't be bothered to download. I'd recommend Boikut...

The doc just got completed recently(finally) and showed at sundance just last year, so I expect it'll be a little bit of a wait before you can get a dvd or something like that.

Slingshot is (finally) premiering at Sundance 2008, so I would expect a bit of a wait if you want a DVD or something.
