I remember them starting this program several years ago. Fat lot of good it did. But apparently HR activists like Muhammad Zarei are involved.
There has been, and will be, a UNDP human rights programme aiming at educating police, judges etc. Waste of money

I think these programs are indeed a waste of time, and PR for the regime. In addition, there must be a "sabbouba" somewhere for the interior ministry.
I had a friend from the AUC, who got contracted few years ago to lecture police officers in Upper Egypt on human rights. She told me the officers were more interested in looking at her boobs than following those "boring useless human rights stuff." Go UNDP!
