Do the U.S.and Israel Feed a World of Terror?

An opinion piece by William M. Arkin on the Washington Post blog...

I would have to say "yes", that right now, in relationship to the fighting between Isreal and Lebanon, the United states is doing more harm than good. Obviously, as an american, I do not condone the Isreal bombings on Lebanon and agree that there must be an immdiete cease fire. This fighting has gone too far and is harming many innocent people, bith Isrealis and Lebanese. Personally, I did not vote for Bush and disagree with much of his administration and their policies. C. Rice is doing NO good gallavanting around the world claiming she is trying to create a peace agreement. All that has happened is Isreal must feel that the Bush administration is condoning another week of bombing. Well, let me say as an American that I do not agree with ANY continued bombing: All life is to be valued. The Isreali soldiers should never have been kidnapped, Lebanon should not condone groups going into other countries and killing and kidnapping. And at the same time Isreal cannot react in such an unbalanced way: Killing innocent people is never the right thing to do. As for America: They need to stay out of it other than encouraging Isreal to cease fire now. I hope the Middle East comes forward to negotiate peace between Isreal and Lebanon...and I hope the Bush dynasty in the United states ends soon.

g. dubbya is a retard who doesnt deserve to hold public office.
after his many many gaffes hes still in power makes u wonder who is really pulling the strings in the whitehouse and making up their policies cos it isnt g bush, he hasnt the common sense to even tie his shoe laces.
u gotta luv the far right fascist policies of the whitehouse and to those americans who say they dont support g bush well tough .... cos it all reflects on every living n breathing person who calls himself an american and theres gonna be millions of pissed off arabs lining themselves up to be used by those people who strive to bring death and carnage to the civilians of those countries involved already.
im just glad im british.
