Parliament approves new judiciary law

It's final... The Egyptian parliament approaved the notorious new Judicial Authority Law, without amendments demanded by the opposition, nor reviews requested by the judges.
For more background on the struggle for an independent judiciary, check the fantastic Baheyya blog.

F***ers! Where can we find details about the legislation?

This sucks. I'll join in SP's request: is the text of the legislation anywhere?

I'm trying to search for one. But in the meantime, the following report from Al-Masri Al-Youm includes the details of the new law: http://www.almasry-alyoum.com/article.aspx?ArticleID=21622
It's in Arabic and full of "legal" expressions that I don't know their accurate translation in English.
Can any Arabic-speaking reader give me a hand with this one? Cheers.
