"It all starts with Israel"

Very, very evasive answers from Ismail Haniyeh in this WaPo interview. Every question led him to state Israel's position rather than Hamas'... The lack of clarity may be strategic, but it hardly encourages trust or even comprehension of Hamas' standards for peace. Maybe it's just too early in the game.

Ismail Hanyeh has been very clear in the last press conference, he gave to clarify his positions after his WaPo interview.
What the WaPo and other occidental and israeli press liked to interpret as "peace" is no more than Hudna.
With such a futur prime minister, the Palestinian people put himself in a very hard position. IMO, unfortunately, the Hamas politics will report the Palestinian State construction for a while.
