The interior ministry, then, unleashed its agents on the citizens, kidnapping and barring voters from approaching polling stations as it became clear the opposition parties were gaining more seats...

And here's a video of police officers hitting one of the downtown's street vendors. Local authorities regularly crack down on them, confiscating their merchandize...
